An Inmate's Plea For Mail

Hello Everyone,

I'm pretty much a loner, and have been since my family disowned me a long time ago. I don't know a lot of people, but I do value the friendships I do get.

I'm a born again Christian. I'm so lonely I'm doing a few different Bible Studies and write to a lot of resource organizations just to get mail. Getting mail always brightens my day and puts a smile on my face.

Please don't give up on the less fortunate like me who at this point could really use a caring friend. I need someone like you who can show someone like me that people do care, and that there are positive people out there, and there is hope.

What is really depressing me is knowing I'll never get out, and that nobody is willing to write. I'm a lonely old soul who could really look forward to waking up to something positive. These dismal walls are nothing short of depressing. Take a chance. Not all of us are bad apples. Some of us also have a caring heart even though we're in here.

I write this because I really need your friendship. I have no one else to turn to who cares. Can and will you care now???
